Well, it finally happened. I have been thinking about this holiday for many years... my first child's first Christmas. Christmas has always been a very special time of year to me. Not because of the presents, but because of the quality time spent with family. Each year connected to the next by the carefully crafted braid of traditions. ...the passing of time acknowledged by the cherished memories of finding trees, decorating, good music, and lingering nights that you don't want to end.
Well, now we get to water the tree of life afresh with the new generation. What new activities will become long standing tradition in the years to come? How old will Limey be when he cuts his first Christmas tree?
And more importantly, CAN WE OPEN PRESENTS YET?!??
