Today, I ran my first two miles.
I keep making progress towards my 5k (3.1 miles). The road outside our place is a good practice road, with a little bit of hillwork.
I'm not sure what the axis info means on the graph.. it's vertical spread sorta corresponds with the elevation difference (about 80 feet), but the actual values don't really.. it's weird, but it looks cool, like we ran up and down mount everest.
